Albert Kim
Albert is an Endocrinologist at Westmead Hospital, Sydney and a PhD candidate at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. His research examines changes in osteoclast biology in the context of osteoporosis therapy to optimise long term management of osteoporosis.
His work in Endocrinology has been recognised in national and international meetings, including the ESA Clinical Weekend, ANZBMS Outstanding Abstracts Award and the ASBMR Young Investigator’s Award, and he is supported by the University Postgraduate Award from UNSW. He has also completed a Master of Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) and committed to medical education as a Unit Coordinator (Advanced Endocrinology) with the University of Sydney.
